I’m Shelby Caffrey, a Certified Yoga Therapist. I work with people navigating anxiety, trauma, grief, chronic pain, and nervous system overwhelm. My approach integrates movement, breathwork, meditation, and reflective practices from the yoga tradition to support healing in both body and mind. The meditations in this library are designed to be accessible entry points — practices you can return to whenever you need a moment of steadiness.
